OTHER REGISTRATION INFO
The information you provide the WIWC is considered personal. It will not be shared with any unaffiliated organization. Space is limited to 300 participants. “Full Conference” includes all Workshops & Events and Saturday evening’s Banquet. Lodging not included.

The conference runs from Friday, July 6th thru Sunday, July 8th, 2018.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
For online orders, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard cards are accepted through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

HOTEL LODGING
The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites is the site of the conference. Special discount rates are available to WIWC conferees.

ATTENDANCE
Only registrants who have paid in full by June 30th can attend the conference.

REFUND POLICY
Conference registration refunds, less a 15% processing charge, may be obtained before April 11th, 2018. The WIWC reserves the right to cancel this conference without penalty, its liability limited to a refund of registration fees.
